What’s the Differences between Indian education system and Abroad education system
Confused about whether you should study abroad or in India when pursuing higher education? Let’s find out what makes the foreign education system so different from the one we have here in India. The education systems of India and Abroad countries faces a lot of differences. This is because the education mentality of Indians and Foreigners differ a lot.
As per the Indian education system, we have to pay attention more on the theory part instead of any practical representation of it. Whereas, coming over to the foreign education system, their focus is comparatively more on the practical part of any subject instead of theories, hence enhancing the learning experience of students.
Also in India, there are limited courses to which students have access to which somewhere makes the opportunities for the students limited. In comparison to this, abroad schools, colleges and universities provides the students with a varied number of courses which helps the students explore more topics and that too in a practical way.
Skills are to be given much more priority in abroad education system in comparison to the Indian education where more importance is given to only getting admissions in IIT’s and MIT’s and getting better grades and degrees.
As always seen in the Indian education system there is often no space for extra curricular activities like sports, arts, etc. Whereas, in the International study patterns, sports, arts, and many other extra curricular activities are given importance as much as it is given to studies.
The ROI (Return of Investment) of Indian Universities is totally dependent on which college you are going to join. As seen in the International Universities the ROI is is way better than Indian Universities. We all know that to study abroad is somewhat expensive but it is also a great leap for the students to start their career.
At last, the education in India is taken as just a formality or we can say a mere compulsion that every student has to do in order to get a job. It is one the greatest failure of Indian mindset regarding education. While education is a process of learning, if considering the International mindsets and that is what is necessary for the students to take studies as a fun and exciting process of learning instead of a burdening compulsory demand of the Indian industries.
